The format of a conversation between Julie Sweet, Executive Director, Accenture and Maithreyi Seetharaman, Co-Chair, Fortune MPW International enabled the audience to nurture their curiosity about how this powerful leader Julie Sweet managed to evolve in her career and reach that high level position,. Julie Sweet who happened to be very sweet indeed, shared her experience with the powerful women, at the breakfast and offered some tricks and advises to how to take her leader position to a next level, and how sh empowers her staff, by initiating a new coaching program, for them to evolve quickly and stay longer at Accenture, for the long term.
